Thank-you every-one for your great feed back on my blog about Standing up for Womens Rights. Oonagh has since been in touch and asked me to let you know that Leighton Buzzard/ Linslade has it's own Women's Group where you can come for a friendly chat on Fridays at 10am -12.30pm in a non-judgemental environment. So if you are feeling frustrated and life is getting on top of you it's a great place to come and find some support. Sometimes we all need someone to talk to and it's a great place to be heard!

Whatever the problem there is always a solution!
When I feel down I always read Maya Angelou's poem "Still I Rise" and then my troubles just fly away.
