A Wonderful Weekend!

I've had a really wonderful day today, well great weekend all round now I come to think of it. Yesterday I was performing for the Bugatti Club and my show couldn't have gone any better. They were so pleased with me they have booked me back for next year so I'm looking forward to performing for them already. I was also working with a grate sound engineer Dave Mann who really did me proud so thank-you Dave fantastic job!
Today I took a day off which is almost unheared of for me and visited Mapledurham House near Reading. I played there for the Jubilee but never got the chance to look around so today was that day! Mapledurham is a Red brick Tudor property dating from about 1588 - 1609 so it makes for the perfect setting for Evette the Spivette's ancestral home. I'm hoping to do some shows there next year and maybe - fingers crossed a photo shoot as I work more on Evette the Spivette or should I say Lady Evette Ursal Russell's world! I have lots of plans for next year and as you know I've been working really hard on getting all my photos done this year. So many costumes! Well I have a shoot booked for October as I go all 18th centry which reminds me my dress, corset and paners are at the bottom of a very large trunk with 12 hat boxes on top so lots to sort out.
Well that's about it from me tonight only I wore my pink ginham outfit today as pictured. It was such a sunny day so I thought why not and deare I say it I felt really pritty! I wore my hair long too which I don't often do and had a pink flower in my hair so very Summery!
